Generations in Germany 2021, by shopping behavior and brand awareness
In 2021, nearly 48 percent of Gen Z respondents stated that they often spent more money than they had planned to. The same was true for just over 45 percent of Millennials (Gen Y), while only around 35 percent of those aged between 41 and 55 years (Gen X) agreed that they frequently spent more than planned. The figures are based on a survey conducted in Germany.
